Job Description
- Conversion optimization;
- Optimisation A/B testing;
- Landing pages and registration forms analysis and optimization;
- Task setting and collaboration with the creative department and UI/UX department;
- Website flow analysis and ideas for optimization;
- Collaboration and communication with the dev team and project management.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in CRO digital marketing UX/UI or analytics roles;
- Data Analysis & Tracking Proficiency in Google Analytics Hotjar Mixpanel or similar tools;
- A/B Testing & Experimentation Experience with Optimizely Google Optimize or similar platforms;
- Conversion Funnel Optimization Understanding of how users move through the site and where they drop off;
- Project Management Ability to handle multiple experiments and deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- SEO & Web Analytics Understanding of search behavior and website traffic patterns;
- User Experience (UX) & UI Design Ability to analyze user journeys and suggest improvements;
- Landing Page & Content Optimization Ability to tweak copy design and CTAs to improve conversions.
