Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Springboot Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Noida Uttar Pradesh India. In this pivotal role you will lead the development of cuttingedge enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot technologies. You will be responsible for guiding a team of talented developers architecting robust solutions and ensuring the delivery of highquality software products.
- Lead the design and development of scalable maintainable Java applications using Spring Boot framework
- Architect and implement microservicesbased solutions and RESTful APIs
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering their technical growth and promoting best practices
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and Spring ecosystem
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 7 years of experience in Java development with 4 years focused on Spring Boot
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API design
- Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database management
- Experience with version control systems preferably Git
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Indepth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
- Relevant Java and Spring certifications are a plus
