We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition particularly within the FX & CFDs industry and a keen ability to identify top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the endtoend recruitment process ensuring we attract engage and retain the best professionals in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract toptier talent within the FX & CFDs industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the right fit for each role.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards LinkedIn networking and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain an uptodate candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and provide timely updates to applicants.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably within the FX & CFDs industry or financial services.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the FX & CFDs market and its talent landscape.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
