We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Employer Engagement Manager to engage with Liverpoolbased employers build lasting partnerships and create job opportunities for learners completing preemployment training programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highperforming training provider that values quality impact and employer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Identify engage and secure partnerships with employers in Liverpool to support learner progression.
- Promote preemployment training solutions through networking outreach and employer meetings.
- Develop strong relationships with decisionmakers aligning training provision with hiring needs.
- Secure employer commitments to interview learners for job opportunities.
Relationship Management & Employer Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners in Liverpool.
- Manage expectations relationships and engagement strategies to maximise opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements that create employment pathways.
Performance & Market Awareness
- Work towards and exceed employer engagement targets.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends funding opportunities and employer needs.
- Keep detailed records of employer interactions and outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic growth and employer engagement planning.
Additional Responsibilities
- Represent the organisation at industry events networking sessions and exhibitions.
- Participate in team meetings to share best practices and drive improvement.
- Uphold safeguarding equality & diversity and compliance standards.
About You
Essential
- Experience in B2B sales employer engagement or recruitment within FE skills or employment services.
- A track record of winning new business and exceeding targets.
- Strong networking influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
- Knowledge of preemployment training and adult education.
- Level 2 or above qualification in sales management or information advice and guidance (IAG).
- Experience working with DWP stakeholders and employment services.
