Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Agent / Telecaller to join our team in Mumbai
(Thane location). In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to potential
customers generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities. You will play
a critical role in driving sales growth by connecting with prospects through outbound
calls nurturing relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers introduce company products or
services and generate leads.
Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and determining potential fit.
Schedule appointments or followup calls with prospects for further engagement
by the sales team.
Manage and maintain a detailed record of customer interactions inquiries and
sales progress.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding products services and
pricing.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert leads into closed
sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while dealing with customers.
Stay updated on company products services and promotions to effectively
communicate to prospects.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive abilities with a customerfirst mindset.
Ability to handle objections and rejection in a positive manner.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goaloriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales telecalling or inside sales.
Previous experience in a targetdriven sales role.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus.
Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred).
