Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented R2A Test Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Jos Costa Rica. As an R2A Test Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by implementing Requirements to Acceptance (R2A) testing methodologies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on R2A principles
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze requirements and ensure traceability throughout the testing process
- Perform thorough functional and nonfunctional testing to validate software quality
- Identify document and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain test documentation including test scripts test data and test results
- Assist in the development and implementation of test automation strategies
- Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and quality metrics
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in R2A testing
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience in software testing with a focus on R2A testing methodologies
- Strong knowledge of test case design and defect tracking processes
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- ISTQB certification preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
