Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) Consultant to support our OrdertoCash (O2C) projects and enhance our billing and revenue management processes. This role requires strong communication skills and business acumen as you will work closely with stakeholders from both technical and nontechnical backgrounds.

The position is primarily remote but candidates must be open to traveling to Singapore for the first 3 to 4 weeks to collaborate with key teams and align on project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on OrdertoCash (O2C) projects ensuring smooth integration of SAP BRIM CI solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP BRIM CI solutions.
  • Clearly explain SAP concepts and solutions to nonSAP users in an easytounderstand way.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Configure test and optimize SAP BRIM CI functionalities to enhance billing and revenue processes.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Support endusers with troubleshooting and training to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
