SAP QM System Architect

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM System Architect to drive the quality management transformation within a leading life sciences organization. This role will lead the design implementation and optimization of SAP QM solutions ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Quality Management processes and a proven track record of leading SAP projects in complex environments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the design development and deployment of SAP QM solutions within the organizations digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand quality management requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for SAP QM implementation including system architecture integration and best practices.
• Ensure SAP QM configurations comply with industry regulations and GxP requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and analysts fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including SAP PP MM and WM teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Drive continuous improvements and system enhancements for better efficiency and performance.
• Lead testing validation and documentation efforts to support compliance and business continuity.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP QM advising on industry trends and innovative solutions.

Qualifications :

• 10 years of experience in SAP with a strong focus on SAP QM.
• Proven expertise in leading SAP QM implementations including configuration integration and deployment.
• Indepth understanding of quality management processes in the life sciences pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (PP MM WM PM).
• Experience with regulatory compliance (GxP FDA EU GMP) in SAP environments.
• Ability to lead and manage project teams providing technical and strategic guidance.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to drive solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
