Prime Design Team Leader

Based in either our Sacramento or San Francisco office youll take the lead on impactful multidisciplinary projects for a diverse range of clients including public agencies transportation authorities and industrial firms.

• Project Management: Lead highimpact projects from start to finish aligning client goals with innovative crossdisciplinary solutions for exceptional results.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in engineering Architecture/Engineering or a related field;
• At least five years of experience in structural engineering demonstrating progressive growth and leadership in project management. Consulting experience with architects and contractors is a plus.
• California PE or SE license preferred.
• Skilled in project management and design software including MS Project AutoCAD Revit Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Strong ability to convey complex technical information to nontechnical stakeholders clearly and accurately.
• Highly organized with the capability to keep teams focused on priorities and key next steps.
• Familiar with quality control and quality assurance processes including performing integrated design reviews for complex projects.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting requiring prolonged sitting at a desk or computer table.
• Occasionally may be required to lift objects weighing up to 15 lbs.
• Occasionally visiting project locations and performing field inspections which may involve walking standing kneeling or navigating uneven terrain.

Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary for this role tailored to your experience education and skills with an expected range of $110000 $160000. Additionally we recognize and reward outstanding contributions with performancebased bonuses.
