Job Description
Job Title: Senior AI Developer (Programmer Analyst)
Location: Lansing Michigan (Hybrid 2 days onsite 3 days remote)
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Notes:
- OnSite Interview Required in Lansing MI
- Local candidates only (commutable distance 1.5 hours)
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite 3 days remote
- Vendor must be present for virtual interviews (if requested)
Job Description:
- Technical lead guiding development teams
- Development and maintenance of AI/ML solutions
- Implementing conversation design for chatbot applications
- Ensuring compliance with SEM/SUITE standards
- Debugging and optimizing chatbot performance
- Secure application development and deployment
