Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dentist to join our dental practice in Auckland New Zealand. In this role you will provide exceptional general dental care to our valued patients fostering longterm relationships built on trust and professionalism.
- Perform a range of general dentistry procedures including examinations cleanings fillings and extractions with a focus on delivering highquality care.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs and preferences.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative measures to maintain optimal dental health.
- Collaborate closely with dental assistants and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in dental techniques materials and technologies to provide cuttingedge care.
- Ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients addressing their concerns and providing reassurance throughout their treatment.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to strict sterilisation and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic dental practice.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the dental practice through exceptional patient care and professional conduct.
Qualifications :
- Ensure you are registered with the NZ Dental Council.
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of dental care.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
- Proficiency in using dental software and electronic health records.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new dental techniques and technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
