Job Description
This is a rare opportunity to join the team/ family at Bay Orthodontics. We are looking for a fantastic friendly and self motivated team member who strives to provide outstanding patient care and create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
The hours are:
- Monday 7.45am 2pm
- Tuesday 7.45am 2pm
- Wednesday 7.45am 2pm
Must have flexibility to cover other days/ hours if required.
Qualifications :
- Highly organized with a focus on providing a high standard of patient care.
- A friendly professional and empathetic manner.
- Excellent reliability organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist/ administration role ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient computer skills are essential managing patient files appointments scheduling over our multisite locations.
