Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive test plan to validate data accuracy and integrity during the ESP migration.
- Conduct thorough data validation and testing to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.
- Utilize SQL to identify analyze and resolve data discrepancies.
- Work with ETL processes to ensure seamless data movement and transformation.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve data issues arising during the migration process.
- Collaborate closely with Blend and Client teams to address data quality concerns and ensure successful data migration.
- Document and report test results including detailed logs of identified issues and resolutions.
- Ensure that all data migration activities meet the standards set by stakeholders and align with business objectives.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in data validation and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying analyzing and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
- Ability to develop and execute test plans and test cases for data migration projects.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in data migration projects.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with ESP migration projects and with Braze/Iterable are nice to have.
What about languages
Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!
