About the Role Senior Appian consultant
We are seeking an Appian Architect who thrives in solving complex business challenges designing enterprise solutions and leading highimpact projects. This role involves working closely with clients guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in Appianbased digital transformation initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture Design scalable enterpriselevel Appian solutions and lead development teams in .
Technical Leadership Oversee project implementations conduct workshops and break down epics into stories.
Development & Best Practices Guide teams in implementing bestinclass Appian development testing and deployment strategies.
Customization & Reusability Develop reusable components ensure modularization and maintain high code quality.
Integration & Performance Optimization Work with APIs optimize data stores and manage system performance effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with clients translate business requirements into Appian solutions and drive digital innovation.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 7 8 years of professional experience.
Appian Designer Certification (Mandatory).
5 years of handson experience in Appian software development & architecture.
Expertise in SOA Agile methodologies (Scrum) JIRA & Confluence.
Proficiency in Java SQL Cucumber Git Jenkins and Appian AI/IDP.
Strong analytical problemsolving and consulting skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver highimpact digital solutions.
