Job Description
As a Concrete Estimator you will play a crucial role in our project bidding process. You will be responsible for evaluating project specifications preparing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that all bids are competitive and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for concrete construction projects.
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather relevant project data.
- Develop and maintain a database of labor rates material costs and equipment pricing.
- Attend prebid meetings and site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
- Present estimates and proposals to management and clients.

Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience as an estimator in concrete construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials techniques and costs.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g. OST Bluebeam Procore).
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information :
Salary: $70K/yr $125K/yr
