Job Description

What we are looking for:

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements in a timely manner
  • Provide insights into financial performance on an adhoc basis to aid in decisionmaking and strategic planning

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Develop monitor and update the strategic plan as well as the annual budget in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
  • Provide financial projections and analysis to support longterm financial planning and business growth.
  • Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.

Systems and Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
  • Evaluate and recommend financial software solutions to streamline reporting and analysis.

Qualifications :

Your profile

  • Experience in financial controlling investment banking or consulting
  • Proven experience in a subscription based business
  • Proven experience working with Sales/Marketing and/or Tech teams and a solid understanding of ROI/value creation calculations/methodologies  
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions is essential as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Knowledge of Workday is beneficial 
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast moving environments and are able to be an agent of change within and beyond the corporate function
  • Fluency in English & German is mandatory
