Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Behavior Support: Collaborate with teachers and behavior specialists to develop and implement personalized behavior support plans that are engaging creative and tailored to each students unique goals and learning style.
- SkillBuilding: Assist students in developing essential life skills social skills and communication skills through interactive and creative activities.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of behavior data analyze progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly.
- Positive Reinforcement: Implement positive reinforcement techniques to motivate and reinforce desired behaviors creating a nurturing and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work as part of a collaborative team including teachers therapists and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to student support.
- Creative Engagement: Infuse creativity and innovation into daily activities making learning enjoyable and meaningful for students.
Job Type: PartTime MonFri 20 hrs

Pay: $22.00 $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 20 per week

- Afternoon shift
- After school
- Monday to Friday

- Riverside CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with special needs autism or related developmental disorders.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problemsolving abilities.
- Patience empathy and a passion for helping others succeed and fostering student success.
- CPR/First Aide Certification Required
