IT Service Management Support Specialist

As an IT Service Management & Support Specialist you will:

• Continuously improve IT support services to enhance user experience and align with business needs.
• Monitor IT service performance generate reports and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify and implement service improvements based on performance data user feedback and market trends.
• Develop and maintain enduser documentation including service descriptions guides and FAQs.
• Conduct service reviews present reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate operational IT projects (e.g. Windows migration).
• Provide 2nd line technical support as needed.
• Assist with IT hardware replacement projects (e.g. laptop replacement).
• Follow up on IT inventory management.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Management 1 year with ITIL standards).
• ITIL V4 Certification (or to be obtained within first 3 months)
• Experience in corporate IT services and business processes
• Ability to identify challenges and improve processes.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills and good organisational skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French
• Ability to work under stress and being a good team player.
