We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in the Nordic region.
Tasks
In this role you will be responsible for advising various departments within the business on procurement and negotiation processes to secure favorable terms ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations. This role requires close collaboration with senior buyers to analyze procurement needs and evaluate supplier proposals. Additionally you will assist in the implementation of a new groupwide procurement solution to handle all procurement processes in Netcompany.
Your responsibilities will also include:
You will report to our Group Head of Procurement located in Greece. However you will have your daily presence at our office in Copenhagen and be part of a team of colleagues here.
About You:
We envision that you are a recent graduate or have up to a couple of years of relevant professional experience in procurement tasks. You hold a degree in a relevant field of study and have acquired a solid foundation in procurement negotiation and supply chain management through your education. We envision that you either have experience with or an interest in learning various tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) Navision ERP and Procurement software.
