Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
Support students with a variety of SEN in mainstream classes.
Develop individualized learning plans and provide tailored support.
Work with the SENCO and other staff to ensure students needs are met.
Foster an inclusive environment where all students feel valued.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
Who Were Looking For:
A qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
Experience working with students with special educational needs.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A commitment to providing inclusive education.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
