Job Description
We are one of the leading techdriven media and entertainment companies producing uplifting content in 17 languages for people of all ages. Known for awardwinning art and pop culture magazine boredpanda and TOP DIY channel Crafty Panda we fight the worlds boredom at an unprecedented speed: 160 million site views per month and 62 billion video views per year. Our team comprises over 600 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices located in Vilnius Lithuania.
We are currently looking for a talented Lego Builder to join our enthusiastic and vibrant team for the YouTube channel at Bored Panda. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional LEGO projects for our audience. Our goal is to produce entertaining straightforward and unique video content that caters to young viewers across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Build largescale LEGO projects based on provided designs and instructions.
- Assist in modifying and improving existing builds by adjusting scale and adding details.
- Sort organize and efficiently order LEGO parts while considering time and budget constraints.
- Learn and experiment with digital LEGO design software (e.g. Stud)
- Recreate custom LEGO models (MOCs) from references and contribute creative ideas.
- Work collaboratively to find efficient building solutions and improve designs.
Requirements:
- Passion for LEGO and a strong desire to create and build.
- Some experience with digital LEGO design software (Stud or similar) is a plus but not requiredwillingness to learn is key!
- Basic knowledge of LEGO parts and how they fit together; familiarity with ordering parts is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and improve existing builds by adding details or modifying scale.
- Creative mindset and problemsolving skills to find efficient building solutions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and learn new techniques.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to estimate the time needed for building tasks (or willingness to develop this skill).
- Candidates must be physically located in Vilnius as onsite presence is required for project and collaboration.

Salary:1 083EUR (gross).
