Overview
We are seeking a passionate and resultsoriented CRM Executive to lead CRM initiatives primarily across the German market. Your role will focus on crafting executing and analyzing CRM campaigns tailored for the players in the German speaking areas ensuring seamless communication and elevated player engagement.
Nativelevel fluency in German (written and spoken) as well as professional level of English essential for this position
Minimum 1 year CRM experience in the gambling industry operating in the Singaporean market ideally.
Expertise with gamblingfocused CRM systems such as Optimove Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating campaign performance and deriving insights.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
