Job Description

Were looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team in the Tallinn office. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wises mission and assist our Wisers Leads and teams in delivering a seamless employee experience throughout the entire Wiser journey.

This role will report to our People Operations Lead based in Tallinn.

Your mission: 

As one team our People Operations (part of People Services) vision is to create fast convenient transparent Wiser support powered by smart tech and human advice. To help us get there youll have the exciting opportunity to own operational process matters across a number of platforms providing important insights and sound recommendations for process changes and ensuring key stakeholders are continually informed of relevant updates.

Youll also provide input on team goals KPIs efficiencies process improvements and future optimization of our People Operations team through deliverables in local and global projects.

Role summary:

Youre now really familiar with the processes that power our operational engine. As a result youre a close support for your Lead and a role model for your team who look up to you for your knowledge expertise and ways of working.

Youre helping us to identify the problems to solve and better understand whats needed from the Wiser experience (both from a local and global perspective) by building more datadriven analysis into team discussions. Youre also starting to develop a network outside of your immediate team and making a name for yourself in the wider People tribe. 

Responsibilities: 

Wiser support

Assist the POps Lead in promoting the People teams ticketing desk managing traffic across our inboxes and communication channels in line with SLAs acting as an escalation point for the team to resolve blockers and ensuring a smooth and positive Wiser experience

Develop and monitor ticket/query data dashboards analysing the data to build insights and collaborate with the People Services team to address identified issues through continuous process improvement

Oversee and control audit requests to ensure operational compliance identify key findings and provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls and procedures

Be our teams Workday champion to ensure data accuracy and optimal working practices

Oversee benefit administration processes in partnership with any relevant third parties

Be a point of escalation for our Mobile Wiser initiative in order to resolve complex international remote working requests

Support the Payroll team with necessary documentation and/or information needed to process changes (e.g. new joiners Wisers relocating etc)

Maintain and update TimeWise workbooks to ensure operational excellence across our timerelated processes

Keep Confluence content up to date ensuring transparency and accessibility of information for Wisers and thinking globally as well as locally for process efficiency alignment and speed

 

Wider team/business focus areas

Provide data analysis to understand our Wisers needs and improve processes where possible through automation and deflection

Rolemodel our ways of working across the team providing mentorship and backup support

Contribute towards our planning cycles sharing ideas for improvements and projects

Deliver on crossteam projects and initiatives focussing on the Wiser experience and embracing tech where possible

Keep informed about local employment laws and working practices updating our processes policies and guidance as necessary to remain compliant
