Job Description

As a Food Trading Manager youll be at the heart of Goustos food operations in Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Food Development and Trading you will lead menu creation drive food strategy and manage key food marketing initiatives. Youll work crossfunctionally with teams across Ireland and the UK ensuring that our food proposition continues to delight customers and drive commercial success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leading menu creation and to ensure our offering remains innovative highquality and commercially optimized
  • Owning and managing the weekly menu performance utilizing key food metrics and customer insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Developing and delivering a food marketing calendar in collaboration with the local marketing team ensuring strong customer engagement
  • Managing and delivering complex foodrelated projects working closely with teams across customer technology and supply chain
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to enhance our food proposition
  • Driving strategic decisionmaking through the development of financial models and business cases
  • Championing menu iterations and problemsolving to enhance the quality and consistency of our offerings
  • Working closely with UKbased teams including Buying Food Technical Marketing Tech Data and Planning to align strategies and initiatives
  • Supporting the General Manager for ROI as part of the wider Republic of Ireland management team

Who You Are

  • A commercially minded professional with the ability to make datadriven decisions under pressure
  • Experienced in commercial leadership within a fastgrowing or new market launch environment
  • Skilled in commercial strategy project management and analytics ideally within the food industry
  • A collaborative leader able to quickly build relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Highly organized able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Passionate about food with a keen eye for trends quality and customer preferences
