Position Title: Senior SEO SpecialistWork Setup: Work From Home
Salary: Php 90000.00 Php 150000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 4:00 PM 1:00 AM

As they continue to grow they are seeking a results driven and highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to join their team and drive their digital presence enhance search rankings and generate highquality leads. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience including case studies that demonstrate their ability to deliver outstanding SEO results. The successful candidate must be able to take ownership of SEO strategy execute highimpact initiatives and be accountable for measurable improvements in search rankings.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment stay ahead of SEO trends and be proactive in bringing innovative solutions to the table. Given the high expectations of this role the Senior SEO Specialist will report directly to the business owner who is deeply invested in SEO performance and will closely monitor progress and results.
As a Senior SEO Specialist you should have:
A Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Communications Marketing Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an SEO Strategist/Specialist with a strong history of measurable success in increasing search rankings organic traffic and lead generation.
A portfolio of case studies that demonstrate expertise in executing and optimizing SEO strategies.
Deep technical SEO knowledge including website performance optimization page speed improvement and structured data implementation.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs and Moz.
Experience in keyword research backlink building and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority.
Strong understanding of Google s search algorithms ranking factors and the latest SEO trends.
Ability to implement advanced onpage technical and offpage SEO strategies.
Familiarity with HTML CSS JavaScript and other programming languages as they relate to SEO.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from SEO tools and translate them into actionable strategies.
Proven ability to work autonomously take initiative and own the role without the need for micromanagement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings insights and strategies to stakeholders.

While the owner will closely oversee SEO progress the selected candidate will not be micromanaged but is expected to act as a trusted team member who takes full accountability for results.
This includes driving up SEO scores to attract multiple quality leads and ensuring that the company maintains strong search visibility and competitive positioning.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to deliver tangible results and continuously optimize SEO efforts to align with business goals.
Take full ownership of SEO performance including keyword rankings organic traffic growth and lead generation.
Conduct indepth technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues affecting site performance and search visibility.
Implement strategies to improve page speed and overall website performance.
Develop and execute SEOdriven content strategies ensuring highquality optimized content that aligns with target audiences.
Analyze and report on SEO KPIs and performance metrics providing regular updates to the business owner.
Lead backlink acquisition and outreach efforts to build authoritative links and improve domain authority.
Optimize internal and external linking structures to maximize search rankings.
Utilize Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and target highvalue prospects through SEOdriven outreach.
Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain and improve rankings.
Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed and existing websites.
Develop a clear SEO roadmap with defined KPIs and success metrics ensuring continuous improvement over time.
Own and drive the endtoend SEO process ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to achieving business goals.
