What Will You Be Doing
As a Junior Revenue Operations Associate you ll:
- Manage CRM & Opportunities
- Keep our CRM data pristine tracking opportunities contacts and all nextstep actions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to drive sales momentum using datadriven insights to pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Own Metrics Reporting & KPIs
- Generate regular KPI reports to showcase pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
- Conduct adhoc data analysis and market research uncovering trends that help shape strategic decisions.
- Support Capacity & Planning
- Assist in evaluating resources needed for highvalue accounts coordinating with Finance and other teams to align with revenue goals.
- Monitor account changes and proactively flag any gaps in capacity or process inefficiencies.
- Foster Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose real actionable solutions.
- Work crossfunctionally to refine workflows that keep our revenue engine humming.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit
You bring:
- 0 2 years of experience in Operations Sales or an internship/entrylevel role with exposure to revenue processes.
- A solid grasp of CRM systems (any platform) and basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- A keen analytical mind and market research capabilities turning data into insights is your forte.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving you own issues rally the right people and drive solutions.
- Adaptability you thrive in a dynamic environment ready to pivot and learn as new opportunities emerge.
Qualifications: 6-8 years of project management experience in a technical or IT setting. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management methodologies and best practices. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft DevOps, or equivalent, ensuring efficient project tracking, collaboration, and reporting. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes effectively. Experience managing multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities. Previous experience interacting with senior management and decision-makers. Ability to work independently, making strategic decisions with significant impact on day-to-day operations. Prior experience managing teams or project efforts in a technical environment is highly desirable.
