- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires including preparing orientation materials and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
- Support the offboarding process for departing employees ensuring all exit procedures are followed and documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in the HR system.
- Ensure all employee documentation is organized confidential and easily accessible.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated queries and concerns.
- Provide support in conflict resolution performance issues and other employee relations matters.
- Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee needs and feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure company practices and policies are in compliance with relevant local state and federal labor laws.
- Assist in preparing and submitting required HR reports and audits.
