Job Description

This is a remote position.

Title: Appointment Setter

Schedule: MF 4 hours per day (flexible during AEST business hours)

TImezone: Sydney AEST

Responsibilities

Make cold calls to potential clients
Follow up on leads
Promote IT services including managed services professional services cyber security networks Microsoft 365 website development and graphics designing
Update customer database with call outcomes

Requirements

Proficient in spoken and written English
Experience with telemarketing or sales
Ability to use CRM software
Strong interpersonal skills
Adaptability to different sales scenarios
Time management abilities
Knowledge of IT services preferred
