Position
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to join our UK team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding ATPACs presence in the UK market by building and sustaining longlasting relationships with new and existing customers achieving sales targets and promoting our range of scaffolding products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
- Conduct facetoface meetings with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads customer accounts and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Stay abreast of industry developments market conditions and competitors products and pricing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing business administration communications or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in outside sales preferably within the construction supply industry.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent organizational communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
