You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJoin us in the critical role of Manager Business Planning to lead significant highvisibility projects across our Cabin Crew operations reporting to the Head of Cabin Crew Performance and Change. In this role you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage complex strategic projects with long lifecycles navigating negotiations resource management and collaboration with senior stakeholders unions and other parties. Focus areas include workplace health and safety change processes and program management. This role offers substantial exposure to operational work directly impacting frontline employees and ultimately enhancing customer experiences. You will provide an independent view of issues ensure robust risk management processes are in place and develop guidelines and governance for project approvals planning and reporting. Success in this dynamic role will require resilience strong influencing skills and the ability to deliver positive and lasting outcomes for the Qantas Group.
