Job Description
Due to existing successes and future growth ambitions we are looking for a highcalibre Management Consultant to join our infrastructure advisory team. This is an opportunity to supercharge your career trajectory and add significant value on some of the largest infrastructure programmes across the island by bringing marketleading solutions to complex infrastructure challenges. You will work under the supervision of experienced infrastructure professionals and collaborate with senior client representatives in developing solutions. Our team advises across the entire project lifecycle from strategic assessment and requirements management to delivery strategies and inservice asset management. Our core services include:
Inception
- Strategic plans and prioritisation
- Requirements management and scoping
- Strategic assessment reports and business cases
- Target operating model
- Delivery model
- Procurement and contracting models
Initiation
- Organisational design and development
- Capability and resourcing analysis
- Governance arrangements and ways of working
- Stakeholder strategies and interface management
- Systems data and reporting requirements
- Risk management strategies
In Flight
- Progressive assurance
- Stage gate assessments
- Maturity assessments
- Turnaround reviews and strategies
- Benefits realisation and risk management

- Asset management strategies

Qualifications :
- Strong academic performance and degree qualified in relevant discipline (e.g. engineering business economics finance etc.. Masters degree preferred.
- Deep passion for solving infrastructure challenge across the island of Ireland.
- Strategic and logical thinker with excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding communication report writing and presentation skills.
