Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent Mamagement topics like Performance Appraisal Career Development Onboarding Offboarding Organizational Climate Employer branding HRIS.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor/Master in the area of Human Resources Psychology Social Sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in the Talent Management area (Performance Appraisal Succession Plans Organizational climate Onboarding Offboarding..
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Query Macros VBA) Power BI and Power Automate
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance Management & Goal Management)
  • Experience in designing and optimizing Onboarding processes ensuring an integrated and efficient experience for new employees
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong adaptability mindset
