Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. If youre someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to better understand user needs and pain points.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes that showcase design concepts user flows and interactions.
- UI Design: Design visually stunning user interfaces that are onbrand aesthetically pleasing and optimized for usability across multiple platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams (product managers developers and marketing) to translate business goals into effective and innovative design solutions.
- Usability Testing: Test designs with users to evaluate their functionality and make improvements based on feedback.
- Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and functional across various devices and screen sizes.
- Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest design trends tools and technologies to ensure the company is always ahead of the curve in terms of design.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing past design projects and a clear understanding of the design process.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (XD Photoshop Illustrator) Figma Sketch InVision or other similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles wireframing prototyping and usability testing.
- Experience with creating responsive and adaptive designs for web applications.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for collaborating with developers (a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- A creative and detailoriented mindset with a passion for improving user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in animation or motion design.
- Knowledge of design systems and how to implement them.
- Background in frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
