Job Description
As a Data & AI Manager you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Data & AI practice in Australia leading the delivery of AIdriven business transformation.
You will be part of a global network of 250 data professionals across our Centres of Excellence in Paris Montral Brussels New York London Hong Kong and the Middle East developing cuttingedge AI solutions and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Advisory
- Develop Data & AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with corporate goals.
- Deliver data analytics visualization and AI solutions across platforms such as Azure Snowflake AWS Oracle and GCP.
- Design and implement data modernisation and migration strategies ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Develop machine learning and AI models leveraging predictive analytics supervised/unsupervised learning and econometrics.
- Establish data governance frameworks ensuring data quality master data management and compliance.
- Lead business adoption of AI solutions driving meaningful impact for clients.
Business Development & Thought Leadership
- Identify and develop new Data & AI consulting opportunities to support business growth.
- Contribute to proposals RFPs and strategic client engagements.
- Leverage Sias global AI platforms and partnerships (Heka.ai SIA GPT) to build innovative solutions.
- Represent Sia at industry events speaking engagements and networking initiatives.
Technical Expertise & Innovation
We seek experience across one or more of the following areas:
- Cloud Data Platforms: Azure Snowflake AWS Oracle
- Data Engineering & Transformation: SQL Azure Data Factory (ADF) FiveTran Matillion AWS Glue Oracle Data Integration
- AI & Machine Learning: Python R TensorFlow PyTorch Azure ML AWS SageMaker
- Analytics & Business Intelligence: Power BI Tableau QuickSight Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Agile Project Management: JIRA Confluence or similar tools
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and coach consultants fostering technical and professional growth.
- Drive a highperformance culture ensuring delivery excellence.
- Bring fresh perspectives to challenge conventional thinking and enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications :
To excel in this role you should have:
- A bachelors or masters degree in Data Science AI Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Professional services experience (Big 4 boutique consulting or leading tech firms preferred).
- A proven track record in delivering Data AI and Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong leadership skills to drive client success and team development.
- Business acumen to influence stakeholders shape solutions and drive growth.
- Exceptional problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset eager to help shape and grow our Data & AI practice.
