Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
Identify potential clients investors and partners to generate new business opportunities.
Lead train and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers agencies and investors.
Oversee the sales process ensuring efficiency compliance and alignment with company objectives.
Ensure the sales team operates in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
Bachelor s degree or higher in Business Administration Real Estate Economics or a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role within sales management.
Strong understanding of the real estate market industry trends regulatory frameworks and sales & marketing strategies.
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication negotiation persuasion and problemsolving skills.
