Oversee and manage the operation of Core Banking Card Processing Payment Processing Workflow Management Reporting and other critical banking applications ensuring seamless secure and efficient functionality while addressing any system issues promptly.
Continuously monitor application performance and proactively provide alerts to mitigate potential disruptions.
Work closely with technology partners and internal development teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in Core Banking Card Services Payment Platforms Workflow Management Reporting and other banking applications minimizing customer impact.
Ensure strict compliance with regulations and policies when implementing updates system upgrades and data retrieval in the live environment.
Work with relevant departments to propose enhancements to maintain consistent system stability and operations.
Annually draft personnel and operational strategies for the department budget usage plans and internal service plans.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts for software application maintenance and infrastructure services.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology Natural Sciences Economics Management Finance Banking or related fields. Preference for candidates from Computer Engineering Network Systems Information Systems IT Business Administration or Finance Banking disciplines.
A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in IT application operations within the banking or financial sector particularly in managing Core Banking Card Services Payment Channels and application monitoring tools at institutions comparable to or larger than the Company.
Strong expertise in application system solutions and governance frameworks.
Proficiency in software architecture system infrastructure management IT operations and endtoend software deployment.
Proficiency in technologies and the ability to apply new solutions in operations including but not limited to (Container Microservices DevOps ML Ops AI Ops CI/CD Cloud).
Expertise in budget and personnel planning.
Candidates with strong English skills particularly in technical documentation communication and professional correspondence will be preferred.
