Job Description

Open Roles:

Japanese National Operations Manager
Japanese Speaker Operations Supervisor (N1/N2

Work Setup: Onsite in Makati City
Shift Schedule: Day Shift (MF but should also be flexible to work on Saturday and shifting schedule)

* Japanese Nationals can be given a Philippine Residence once hired.

Requirements:

Fluent in Japanese and English Native/N1/N2
With 2 to 5 years of team management (Operations Manager/Supervisor) experience
Experience must be within the Hospitality Travel Tourism or Customer Service industries.
Should possess strong communication leadership business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
