Job Description
ERP SAVVY is seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant with extensive Retail/AFS industry background to join our team for a 12month contract positionwith a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of SAP Finance including at least 12 completed S/4HANA upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation and upgrade projects ensuring successful delivery within scope timeline and budget.
- Provide deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules including New GL Asset Accounting (AA) and Controlling (CO).
- Utilize handson experience with SAP Fiori Finance Apps and S/4HANA UX enhancements to optimize user experience and functionality.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for endusers and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FICO modules.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage extensive experience in the Retail/Fashion industry to provide tailored solutions and insights.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including business process flows functional specifications and test plans.
- Perform system configuration testing and validation to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members to foster professional growth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
- Support postimplementation activities including user support and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of SAP Finance experience.
- Proven track record of completing at least 12 S/4HANA upgrade projects.
- Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO New GL Asset Accounting (AA) and Controlling (CO).
- Handson experience with SAP Fiori Finance Apps and S/4HANA UX enhancements.
- Extensive experience working in the Retail/Fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (TX/NC).
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification in Finance or Controlling.
- Experience with other SAP modules and integration points.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
