Clients Manager Development Program is a 1012 month fulltime training program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge skills and abilities needed to thrive in the consumer finance industry. This program prepares you for a leadership role offering a clear career path and a comprehensive training experience. No prior experience is requiredjust a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits- Training Period: $38285/year (average annual earnings) uncapped bonus potential.
- PostTraining: $60000 $80000/year (average annual earnings and bonuses).

- Monday Friday starting at 8:15 AM.
- Average workweek: 45 hours.
- Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required based on branch needs.
- Extended office hours may vary depending on branch size.
- Customer Service & Sales:
- Build longterm relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate services via phone and inperson interactions.
- Promote additional products to both new and existing customers.
- Operations:
- Contact customers for payment reminders and arrangements.
- Assist the Branch Manager in exceeding branch goals.
- Leadership Development:
- Learn to support management tasks such as staff workload delegation and loan document analysis.
- Gain proficiency in recruitment staff development performance management and team leadership.
- High School diploma or equivalent certification.
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to relocate upon promotion to management (locations: MS AL LA IL MO & TX).
- Employment contingent upon successful background check drug screening and credit check.
