Job Summary:
The Junior Finance Associate will support the finance team in managing daily financial operations including bookkeeping financial reporting reconciliations and budget tracking. The role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements reports and budgets.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update the general ledger.
Support account reconciliations including bank statements and vendor accounts.
Process invoices payments and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
Assist in monitoring and tracking company expenses revenues and cash flow.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decisionmaking.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations tax laws and internal policies.
Collaborate with auditors and assist with internal and external audits.
Support the finance team in preparing reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in finance accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles accounting standards and reporting.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Professional certifications (or in progress) such as ACA ACCA or CFA are an advantage.
- Experience in the automobile industry or a fastmoving business environment is a plus.
