KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT OVERSIGHT
- Act as primary WRC representative
- Monitor project progress
- Ensure project compliance with regulations
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Compile monthly progress reports
CLIENTDIRECT INSTALLATIONS
- Manage WRCdirect installations
- Coordinate with vendors
- Ensure quality control and compliance
- Integrate installations into the project
CHANGE MANAGEMENT & TENANT RELOCATION
- Develop relocation plan
- Manage change process
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Oversee postrelocation phase
KEY DELIVERABLES
PROJECT PLANS AND SCHEDULES
- Detailed project plans
- Gantt charts for tracking progress
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
- Comprehensive budget reports
- Financial forecasts and variance analysis
CLIENT REPORTS
- Monthly progress reports
- Final project reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
- Experience in property development tenant relocation and overseeing clientdirect installations
- Proven track record in greenfield office construction projects and handling complex relocations
- Certification in project management such as PMP Prince2 or similar
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering Building Construction or related field
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Experience in managing contractors in pre and post contract stages
