What You ll Do
As a Healthcare Recruiter specializing in temp/contract placements you will focus on connecting qualified healthcare professionals with a variety of roles such as Physical Therapist Assistants Doctors Registered Nurses and other allied health professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing screening matching and placing candidates in the right roles. You will start with a commissionbased structure and transition to a salary commission model once specific performance goals are achieved.

This role is 100 remote; however you may be required to attend industry events and meet with current and potential clients upon request. Majority of the roles for this position require you to place candidates who are already licensed and located in the D.C./Maryland/Virginia area. It is preferred for you to be physically located in this region as well however it is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Recruitment & Placement: Source screen and place toptier healthcare professionals into temporary and contract roles in the D.C./Maryland/Virginia area. You will be expected to fill 1020 assignments/contracts within your first three months.

  • License & Compliance Verification: Ensure all candidates meet the necessary licensing and certification requirements for their respective positions.

  • FullCycle Healthcare Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to placement and contract negotiations.

  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match qualified candidates accordingly.

  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to ensure rapid response to open requisitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in temp/contract healthcare recruiting ideally in an agency or headhunter capacity.

  • Proven success in placing healthcare professionals in temp or contract roles with a strong network of candidates.

  • Experience verifying candidate credentials licenses and certifications.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in a fastpaced commissiondriven environment.

  • Strong communication and candidate assessment skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a goaloriented remote work environment.

Compensation

  • Commission: Begin with a commission of 20 of placement fees per assignment filled (this percentage is subject to change per role).

  • Salary: Once you achieve 1020 placements within your first three months you will transition to a tierbased salary commission structure. The more contracts you fill the higher your base salary will be.

Job Responsibilities: Assist the Physical Therapist (PT) in implementing treatment plans for patients. Provide therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued care. Document patient progress and report to the supervising PT. Ensure patient safety and follow best practices in home care settings. Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Maryland Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in home care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license.
