Job Description
This is a remote position.
Overview:
This exclusive role is for graduates of PTU s certification pathways who are ready to facilitate training mentorship and student coaching within PTU s programs. PTU Facilitators are directly responsible for nurturing the next 10000 certified holistic purpose coaches and leaders ensuring students successfully navigate their certification apply the principles and integrate purposedriven transformation into their work.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate weekly group coaching sessions for certification pathway students. (Minimum four per month.
Provide oneonone mentorship for certification enrollees.
Lead community discussions masterminds and practical application exercises.
Guide students through exam readiness & application of PTU s frameworks.
Requirements
Must have successfully completed PTU s CHPC or HPL certification & passed the Facilitator Training & Exam. (This may be a threeweek additional training priced at $1997.
Strong coaching mentorship and facilitation skills.
Alignment with PTU s mission and vision.
Ability to create a safe & impactful learning environment.
Reliable internet video and audio functionality and a clean distractionfree environment for remote work.
Ability to work professionally on respectful clientfacing platforms (onboarding details provided).

Requirements: Must hold or be in the process of earning the Certified Holistic Purpose Coach (CHPC) or Certified Holistic Purpose Leader (CHPL) through PTU. (This application serves as your certification & career pathway application. Experience in mentorship, personal development, life coaching, counseling, psychology, or leadership coaching. Alignment with PTU s mission of uplifting human dignity through transformational coaching. Strong communication and coaching skills, with an ability to lead breakthrough conversations. Reliable internet, video and audio functionality, and a clean, distraction-free environment for remote work. Ability to work professionally on respectful, client-facing platforms (onboarding details provided).
