We re seeking a detailoriented and proactive General Admin Assistant to join our innovative team in a parttime remote capacity. Responsibilities
- Spearhead the organization and management of our Google Drive implementing efficient systems to enhance team productivity and information accessibility
- Collaborate with team members to streamline remote processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Craft compelling communications including drafting emails and managing correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders
- Support our marketing initiatives by assisting with light marketing tasks contributing creative ideas and helping to execute campaigns
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed to a high standard
- Embrace and quickly adapt to new software tools continuously improving our operational efficiency
- Act as a key point of contact for team members providing administrative support and fostering a collaborative remote work environment
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in Google Workspace applications with a particular emphasis on Google Drive management
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities capable of crafting clear and engaging messages
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and enthusiasm for contributing to marketing efforts
