Join the Griffith Student Experience and Employability Portfolio and play a crucial role in equipping students with the knowledge connections experiences and mindset necessary to transform their degrees into powerful tools for meaningful change.
Central to the Portfolio is an emphasis on partnerships and collaborative working with stakeholders to ensure that career readiness is a fundamental and accessible aspect of the Griffith student experience. Under the leadership of Professor Caroline Rueckert Dean of Student Experience and Employability the portfolio operates within a unified governance framework engaging professional and academic staff from across the university to drive its initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
The role is responsible for coordinating administrative processes maintaining data systems and assisting with the planning and delivery of events and activities. The Administrative Officer works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and contributes to the portfolios efforts to support positive student experiences and employability outcomes.
About you
Candidates must have full unrestricted Australian work rights for the duration of the opportunity and may be subject to a National criminal history check.
What we can offer
This is 18 month opportunity based at our Brisbane South (Nathan) campus. As Griffith is a multisite University you may be required to work across other locations.
HEW 5 Salary Base range $77761.62 $87235.50 17 super. Full package range $90981.10 $102065.54.
