Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Screen and prioritize emails calls and requests; ensure timely responses.
- Organize travel arrangements including flights accommodations and itineraries.
- Prepare agendas documents reports and presentations for meetings.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading communications including emails and memos.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings including crossfunctional and clientfacing sessions.
- Prepare meeting materials take detailed minutes and track action items.
- Organize corporate events conferences and teambuilding activities.
Project Support:
- Support executives in tracking progress on initiatives key projects and deadlines.
- Research and compile data to assist in decisionmaking processes.
- Coordinate and follow up on assignments delegated to various stakeholders.
Communication & Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain positive relationships with key partners clients and vendors.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
- Assist in budget tracking expense reports and invoice processing.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism discretion and confidentiality.
