Job Description
CyberArks Product Owner (PO) a member of R&D development team responsible for filling the gap between the market requirements as presented by Product Management and the solution that determines how to implement these requirements in our products. Using comprehensive business and technical knowledge the PO owns the developed solution and accompanies the entire development process starting from the planning phase through the development and testing process to successful release to our customers. The PO works closely with the Development Team Product Management Professional Services Technical Writers and R&D management.
Role Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from various stakeholders convert them to technical/functional specifications where needed articulate those requirements into stories prioritize them in collaboration with Product Management Engineering Management Release Management and Cloud operations.
- Provide precise specifications success criteria and intended software product development scope. Ensure ontime delivery of the final product
- Ensure the prioritized requirements are committed communicated and delivered on the agreedupon timeline.
- Lead/facilitate technical discussions and articulate document communicate proposed solutions.
- Be the central focal point for all parties internal and external to R&D department for; how the product works what the product can do and how a certain change will affect the product
- Utilize deep knowledge of the product and its use by customers to work closely with Architect and other R&D staff explain the requirements and answer any functional questions.
- Lead Quarterly commits for the entire product development
- Work closely with critical IT DevOps Security Software development product management and senior leadership to define and drive product requirements and strategies.

Qualifications :
- Innovator by nature. Thinking out of the box.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity of Identity and Access Management concepts Cloud Security
- Prefer experience with AWS Cloud CI/CD Jenkins
- Adept at creating dashboards in Jira and skilled at using Confluence
- Proven technical skills in Cloud Computing especially in Cloud Security and selflearning ability capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
- 23 years of experience as functional analyst/product owner/business analyst/product management in the software industry. Experience in writing functional designs of a technical product.
- BSc in computerscience/engineering or 35 years handson experience in software development
- Proactive highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic and goaloriented approach
- Proven Agile experience Scaled Agile will be a plus
- Proven management skills
