JOB SUMMARY:
Registration Associate supports the Registration Team Lead by performing accurate preparation of documentary requirements necessary to process the Certificate Authorizing Registration Transfer Certificate of Title and Tax Declaration.
It is expected from the specialist to send daily productivity report to his/her team lead regularly gives feedback with regards to the process issues and concerns in relation to title transfer.
QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in any 4year course
- Has at least 1 year experience in any documentation related work (Registration work related is an advantage)
- Excellent attention to details.
- Person with integrity
- Willingness to learn
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Has high sense of responsibility
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares the document/folders to be endorsed to Bureau of Internal Revenue/Registry of Deeds/Assessors Office filing; Incharge of liaising with Government Agencies and LGUs; Monitors the release of Certificate Authorizing Registration Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and Tax Declaration.
- Performs other administrative/clerical tasks being assigned by Team Lead from time to time.
- Sends daily productivity report to team lead every end of the day.
- Works closely with Registration Team Lead to ensure the Departments target are met learn new processes/policies and technology/system.
- Regularly gives feedback to team lead with regards to the process issues and concerns encountered.
