What Youll Do

As our Head of Engineering RGS youll be at the heart of our gaming technology driving the technical vision and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading & Growing the Team Managing and scaling a highperforming engineering team across RGS Core RGS Integrations and RGS Backoffice.

Shaping the RGS Roadmap Setting and executing the technical strategy to improve platform stability scalability and performance.

Driving Engineering Excellence Championing CI/CD agile development and bestinclass software practices to speed up feature deployment.

Ensuring High Availability Delivering 99.98 platform uptime reducing operator onboarding time and improving release efficiency.

Collaborating Across the Business Working closely with product marketing and operations to align goals and deliver toptier gaming experiences.

Staying Ahead of the Game Keeping up with industry trends and introducing innovations that set us apart in the gaming sector.

What Were Looking For

Youll fit right in if you have:

10 years of software engineering experience with a solid background in leading teams and driving technical strategy.

Deep expertise in RGS (Remote Gaming Server) development and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).

A proven track record of building scalable secure and highperforming gaming platforms.

Handson experience with agile development CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and develop top engineering talent.

A background in the gaming gambling or casino industry this is a must!
