Job Description
A supportive primary school in Watford is looking for a committed Year 4 Teacher to join their friendly team in April 2025. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a school that places a strong emphasis on both academic success and student wellbeing.

Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent
What Youll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering exciting lessons that inspire and challenge Year 4 students.
- Supporting students to develop their academic skills while nurturing their emotional and social growth.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
- Regularly assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Building strong relationships with students parents and staff to support overall development.
What Were Looking For:
- QTS and experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 in general.
- A creative approach to lesson planning and delivery.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for fostering the development of every student.
