Job Description

A supportive primary school in Watford is looking for a committed Year 4 Teacher to join their friendly team in April 2025. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a school that places a strong emphasis on both academic success and student wellbeing.

Salary: MPS
Start Date: April 2025
Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Planning and delivering exciting lessons that inspire and challenge Year 4 students.
  • Supporting students to develop their academic skills while nurturing their emotional and social growth.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
  • Regularly assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Building strong relationships with students parents and staff to support overall development.

What Were Looking For:

  • QTS and experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 in general.
  • A creative approach to lesson planning and delivery.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Passion for fostering the development of every student.
